Visual Self Enquiry is a very deep, transformative process of self discovery, reconnection to your innate inner wisdom and a profoundly healing experience.

Through the 4 stages of this process you will learn how to access the much deeper, older, non verbal aspects of yourself and you will meet parts of your psyche that, though always an active part of your life, are mainly subconcious and despite their constant impact upon you, you have no other direct access to.

Spirit Painting is a unique form of visual guidance and channelled message.

For some people, receiving messages for higher learning and guidance, are more deeply meaningful and effective when in a visual rather than verbal form.

For each client a painting will be produced containing imagery, messages and meanings specifically for you. It will then be posted to you so that you can continue to work with it and use as a guide or meditation/journey focus. You will also receive a video recording of the entire process, as it unfolds, with commentary, for you to refer back to again and again and continue to work with it for a long time to come.
